PRICES
No GST is included in listed prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. At the time of printing, all products listed were included in good faith and available for sale, however from time to time, products may be unobtainable because of suppliers being unable to supply.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Force Majeure / Romalpa clause applies. The stock remains the property of WAREHOUSE MATRIX until full payment is received.
PAYMENT
Strictly cash on delivery unless an account has been established. Account Customers net 30 days on invoice following month of purchase. Note – No account statements issued.
DISHONOURED CHEQUES
Recovery of all charges incurred plus GST.
DELIVERY
Orders are supplied free into your store on WAREHOUSE MATRIX normal delivery runs, or WAREHOUSE MATRIX can forward the order by the carrier of your choice.
GOODS and SERVICES TAX
GST will be charged on all items unless the product is GST exempt.
CLAIMS Any claims for short delivery or for goods damaged in transit are to be notified to WAREHOUSE MATRIX within 24 hours of delivery. The purchaser undertakes to notify WAREHOUSE MATRIX within 10 days of receipt of any goods that do not conform or are faulty (and not under any warranty).
RETURN OF GOODS No goods will be accepted for return without prior authority from the Company Representative or Sales Office other than damage or incorrect supply. The purchaser will be instructed on how the goods are to be returned. Goods returned under arrangement with WAREHOUSE MATRIX must be in a good resaleable condition or they will be refused credit.
Chemicals are NOT RETURNABLE.
Items supplied on special buy-in are NOT RETURNABLE. |
