• Antibac Chlorinated Powder Steriliser (500 g)
ANTIBAC is a white alkaline powder containing 3percent active chlorine. pH 1percent solution 11.3 to 11.7.
ANTIBAC can be used as a soak sanitiser for food processing equipment as a sanitiser in C.I.P. circulation systems and as a sanitiser for floors walls etc.
ANTIBAC yields 100ppm available chlorine when dissolved at a rate of 3 to 4 gm per Lt.
ANTIBAC is completely soluble in water and is D.P.I. approved as a General Cleaner Type A for use through all types of food plants.
RECOMMENDED USES
As a soak sanitiser:
Use at a rate of 6 gm per Lt. Ensure equipment is cleaned and rinsed prior to sanitising. Leave to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with potable water.
As a C.I.P. recirculation sanitiser:
Use solutions of 3 e.g. for wineries and breweries to 6 gm per Lt e.g. for dairy factories allow a contacting time of 5 to 10 min. before rinsing with potable water.
Floor walls
Clean with Jasol ALLKLEEN then use ANTIBAC at a rate of 8 to 10 gm per Lt apply by mop or cloth leave to act for a few minutes and damp mop with a mop or cloth previously soaked in the sanitising solution.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Although ANTIBAC is not a hazardous substance appropriate care must be taken when handling this product. Avoid contact with eyes and skin and wear protective clothing. The following First Aid procedures are recommended
If poisoning occurs contact a Doctor or Poisons Information Centre.
If in eyes hold eyes open and flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a Doctor.
If swallowed do not induce vomiting give water to drink and seek medical attention.
If skin contact occurs remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly.
